1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on most unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
Opened supplements or consumables
Personal care products that have been used or unsealed
Gift cards
Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the item following the process above and place a new order for the desired product.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and order details. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
